Saucers from the vintage and popular Eternal Beau collection by Johnson Brothers. They have an elegant design of delicate pink flowers and green stalks entwined along a pink bow, and like many of the pieces in the collection have a unique octagonal shape with angular sides. There are thirty-two saucers available and the price shown is for one.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition.
Dimensions: 14cm across the top diameter from flat side to flat side, and 15cm from corner to corner.
History: From my research I can find that the Eternal Beau collection was introduced in 1981, it was designed by Sarina Mascheroni, and was a part of the Johnson Brothers Heritage range of stoneware china. It was a favourited set due to it's traditional look, but also being able to hold up to daily use, and will still today make for a beautifully set table for any festive occasion.
Variety: There are five different maker's marks with separate quantities of saucers for each, the pictures show the details. Please choose the variety and quantity of the following when making your purchase:
- 14 saucers available with the 1883 Made in England mark
- 9 saucers available with the Made in Staffordshire mark
- 5 saucers available with the Johnson Brothers Bull mark
- 3 saucers available with the Eternal Beau in Cursive mark
- 1 saucer available with the Decoration Under Glaze mark
